Quick Check-In Steps:
1. Main Gate:Show your Guest Advisory Form (GAF) to the security guards.
2. Monaco Lobby: Present your GAF and a valid ID for all adult guests at the reception desk.
Leave one valid ID with the receptionist to receive your Visitor's Pass.
3. Mailbox Room: Enter the glass mailbox room right next to the front desk.
Open Mailbox 1723 using code 913 and collect your elevator card attached to the Casa de Orega Lanyard.
4. Elevator Access: Tap your card on the elevator's internal card reader.
Press Level 17 (17F).
5. Room 1723 Arrival: Unlock the lock box to get the room key using your code: 1011 as shown in the image below.
Please send us a message as soon as you arrive so we can coordinate your entry.

Need an on-site check-in assistant?
While staff assistance is available from 10am to 5pm, we highly recommend self-check-in to help you understand the checkout procedure later.

- Arrivals Before 5:00 PM -A team member will meet you in person to assist you on check-in process.

- An admin will virtually assist you through Viber/Whatsapp/FB Page messaging or via phone call to ensure you get in safely.

Late Check out? - Extensions are available only if space permits, at a rate of ₱250 per hour.
Checkout must be completed on your departure date. 15 minutes late check out is considered as 1 hour. If not permitted

Parking Options
Our reserved parking requires using the correct assigned slot for your dates to prevent illegal parking and late checkout penalties, while public open parking remain free but strictly park at your own risk.

You’ll find the bins near the Service elevator (near unit 22), enter Half glass door and open the door for Wet and Dry garbage bins. Help us keep things clean by using the correct bin for your waste.
No Smoking Policy
STRICTLY NO SMOKING (cigarettes, vapes, or illegal substances) inside the unit, comfort room, on the balcony, or in non-smoking areas. SMOKING AREA can be found near the parking. Penalty: ₱10,000 fine + no refund. Guests are liable for any damages or fire incidents caused.
USE OF EXTRA ITEMS
Do not use extra linens or towels unless pre-requested (these are for upcoming guests).
BOARD GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT
All entertainment items including board games, PS4 (if available), and the mini videoke must be used responsibly, charged if necessary, and returned complete to avoid damage fees.
LOST/DAMAGED ACCESS CARD
Lost or damaged access cards/key forfeit your refund, so please return the keycard to the mailbox lockbox and message us a photo as proof.
STAINS (FOOD/NON FOD) & CLEANLINESS
Clean up all stains caused during your stay. Failure to do so will result in charges or forfeiture of security deposit.
BROKEN/LOST ITEMS
Replace any broken or lost items during your stay. If not replaced before checkout, no refund will be given. Charges apply for damages exceeding the security deposit.

PARTY AND GATHERINGS
Strictly no unauthorized parties or large gatherings are allowed, and exceeding our maximum room capacity of 4 guests will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your deposit.
UNAUTHORIZED GUEST AND VISITORS
Unregistered visitors must vacate by 7:00 PM to avoid a ₱2,500 per person nightly fine or potential trespassing charges for unauthorized overnight stays in the unit or parking space.
Exit Door Restriction:
Do not use the exit door unless absolutely necessary. A penalty of ₱3,000 applies for unauthorized use.
